About the event
Lorrie will guide you on this event that is perfect for the beginner mountain biker. Â
We will have some more experienced mountain bikers with us who will offer tips on getting started; including how to navigate rocks, twigs and other obstacles on the trail, which gear is  best for different situations and how to use different speeds at different times to your advantage. Â
After our ride we'll go out for supper and you can ask experienced riders any questions you may have.Â
Notes:
- You must have a hybrid or a mountain bike with fat tires and deep treads. Â Road tires aren't suitable.
- Shocks aren't required but they are helpful
- You must wear a helmet
- You must have a bell
