MRACX (em-racks) is your outdoor alternative to the gym. Our events provide a full range of activities to keep you active and make working out fun. We take a holistic approach to health by focusing on mental and physical benefits. From sports to yoga, hiking/walking/running, agility and circuit training bootcamps, Nordic Poles and a variety of social events, you'll meet other like-minded individuals, build relationships and hit your fitness goals in one place. We run events all across Toronto ensuring that you have easy access wherever you live.

What We Do
MRACX offers members a variety of weekly fitness, social, and community initiative events. Our intent is to provide members with a viable alternative to the gym, seven days a week.
Hiking
We offer beginner (4.5 km/hr) to advanced (5.5+km/hr)
hiking activities.

Nordic Poling
Just by adding poles to your regular walking routine you will tone 90% of your muscle groups and burn more calories.

MultiSport
Love sports?
So do we!
We offer a variety of team sports that are fun and will give you a full cardio workout!

Yoga
Stretch and strengthen, build flexibility and balance.
Yoga will help you be your best in all MRACX activities.

Social
Build relationships, make friends and connect with members on our social events.
